Oh, What a Difference

Let's see. The Obama administration appears to be pursuing very much the same foreign policy, economic policy, and domestic social policy (except for health care reform) as the previous George W. Bush administration. Yet this one is assailed endlessly from the right about socialism, etc. What could the difference be? Obama is a Democrat? Obama is Black

State of the Union

You can always tell who is in the pocket of the huge corporate interests, versus those who pretend to be for "the people" by when they applaud and when they don't. My two Senators and 7th District Congressman (Georgia) are so below the radar that I couldn't spot them on TV. Unfortunately, I already know whose pockets they are in!
